Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be in original condition and original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

To start a return, please contact us at support@godnheart.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective or damaged)

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, the wrong size, or a defective product, we are happy to offer an exchange when available.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after approval:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary
